This Excel template helps Waldorf teachers keep grades and attendance in one place without manual calculations. Enter names once on the grades sheet, and the attendance sheet picks them up automatically. Subject and student averages update on their own, with empty cells ignored, and a color-coded average flags whether a student is doing well, needs watching, or requires support. Attendance is recorded per day through dropdown choices, and absence totals are counted per day and per child. A dashboard summarizes class averages, recorded grades, and total missed days.

The file opens in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, and Google Sheets, and works without macros. Yellow cells mark where you enter data; green cells show calculated results. Dropdown lists for subjects and classes reduce typing errors, and a short guide sheet explains each tab. It suits class teachers and small learning groups who want a clear overview without building their own spreadsheet.
