This Excel template helps Waldorf teachers, homeschooling families, and independent learners plan a full school year in epochs without manual arithmetic. Enter the class, subject, topic, and dates for each block, and the workbook calculates the number of weeks for you. A colour-coded status system shows at a glance which epochs are running, finished, planned, or have run over schedule, while dropdown lists keep entries consistent and free of typing errors.

Beyond the epoch overview, the file includes a sample daily rhythm for main lesson structure, a week-by-week planner with focus and completion tracking, and a subject summary that totals epochs and weeks per subject automatically. A dashboard collects key figures and charts them, and further sheets support material checklists, a yearly overview of epochs and festivals, and notes on each child’s thinking, feeling, and will.
